Ben Ames

Ben Ames is the Executive Director of Samaritan Counseling & Growth Center, where he leads efforts to expand access to mental health care and strengthen community partnerships. Since stepping into the role in 2024, Ben has championed new initiatives that support whole-person healing—mind, body, and spirit—while ensuring Samaritan remains a trusted resource for Bartlesville and the surrounding region.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Northeastern State University and brings more than 20 years of nonprofit leadership experience to his work.

Active in the community, Ben is a member of Rotary and a proud graduate of Leadership Bartlesville Class 34. He and his spouse enjoy raising their two boys and running their small business. Whether connecting with partners, cheering from the sidelines, or hunting for the next vintage treasure, Ben is passionate about building relationships and celebrating the stories that shape people’s lives.
